For each client, an Intake Assessment will be completed within 10 days of entry into your group home facility. 

Intake Assessment includes a synopsis of each individuals's current problem, psychiatric, medical and educational history, risk assessment for suicidal and homicidal behavior, overall dysfunction rating and Multiaxial diagnosis.  

Therapeutic treatment goals and planed interventions are identified, as well. These satisfy Community Care Licensing Standards for San Bernardino and Los  Angeles Counties.
