Based on the Intake Assessment and Needs and Services Plan, a Quarterly Report is compiled every three months after placement.  This report outlines each client's psychological and emotional status, reunification progress, therapeutic progress, and recommendations to help clients reach their goals.

These reports satisfy San Bernardino and Los Angeles County Social Services Standards.
